Club owned Tools  The following tools are available for our members use. Contact Kerry Richburg at 916-422-1506 to sign them out.

Please return tools in a timely manner after you use them so they will be available to other members when needed.

We have new aircraft scales. They are the type for weighing cars. They should be very accurate and do not need the multipliers. 

All tools are for members only, except the scales.

 

• Electronic Aircraft Scales (Members $25, Nonmembers $50) plus 40 cents per mile one way to your      location from Sacramento Executive Airport. This includes a member who will bring them and help you weigh your aircraft.
• Metal Shrinker
• Hose Mandrels, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2”
• Instrument Layout Template and Hole Punch
• Fuel Tank Dimple Dies
• Fuel Tank Test Gear
• Tube Flaring Tool
• Die Grinder
• Paper Shear works great to cut thin aluminum such as elevator stiffeners
• TRUTACH propeller RPM checker. Make sure your tachometer is accurate.
• Spark plug gapping tool
• Imperial Eastman 3/8 inch tubing bender.
• Compression Tester compliments of Kerry Richburg.
• Magneto Synchronizer
• High Voltage IGN wire tester
• Timing light for electronic ignitions.
• Break fluid filler and bleeder.

• Templates for cutting panel holes with a router for glove box, Garmin 430, Dynon 100 and Dynon EMS 6.78”X4.75”.
